Practice Camp with Martin Adomeit
This year, TuS Sundern came up with something special for the Sauerland-Open: Take part in the tournament, practice with the former German women's national coach Martin Adomeit and spend the night at the sports school Hachen. There will be four practice sessions in total thursday and friday. Furthermore, you may take part in as many competitions as you would like.
So take part in the practice camp and choose between two options:
Premium-Package
- 2 practice sessions on thursday
- 2 practice sessions on friday
- 3 night's stay at the sports school
- meals at the sports school / gym
- tournament flatrate (as many competitions as you like)
- if required, transport to the gym

Two-day-Package
- 2 practice sessions on thursday
- 2 practice sessions on friday
- 1 night stay at the sports school
- meals at the sports school / gym

Practice sessions:
Thursday: 4pm to 6pm and 7pm to 9m
Friday: 9.30am to 11.30am and 2pm to 4pm
In any case you may take part in the tournament on Friday!
Meals at the sports school are included on Thursay (dinner), Friday (breakfast and lunch). In the premium package, further meals at the sports school on Satursay (breakfast at the sports school, lunch and dinner at the gym) and Sunday (breakfast at the sports school, lunch at the gym) are included.
